All orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Refunds are issued in two cases only:

• The item arrives defective or damaged.
• The item is never received.

Claims must be opened within 14 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update). We do not accept change-of-mind, fit, or color-preference returns.
